Oxford University: Research Project To Assess Weather Anomalies
ClimatePrediction a University of Oxford project, recently launched an experiment to help better understand the impacts of precipitation on UK weather.
The goal is to determine whether global warming made this winter’s extreme deluge more likely to occur, or not.
